How does the team competition work?
Team competition will recognize achievements in three divisions: Novice, Intermediate and Advanced based on Accumulated Physical Activity. A team must choose only one of these divisions to compete in, based on your teams overall activity level.

What does the winning team receive?
The top teams in each division will be recognized at the 2010 Rocky Mountain State Games Opening Ceremony. All members of the top three teams in each category will receive gold, silver or bronze medals for their accomplishments.

What are the requirements for the Accumulated Activity category?
The accumulated activity category is broken into three divisions:

Each team member will keep track of his/her individual minutes of physical activity. Every Friday they should report their total weekly minutes to the Team Captain, who will combine the entire team's minutes of physical activity and submit them to the LUC Coordinator via email or fax, no later than 5:00 pm on the day the results are due. Each week, team members should start from scratch, minutes can not be carried over from the previous month. LUC staff will keep a running tally of each team's progress throughout the three months. We use an average of each team's accumulated physical activity, as all teams do not have the same number of participants.

How do we report our team's progress?
Team members will submit their monthly accumulated physical activity minutes to his/her Team Captain by the morning of each Friday during the length of the program. The Captain will then compile each team member's activity level and send it in to
